If you have set your device to disable location services such as, e.g., GPS or internet access, or if you do not authorize the Sites to access your location data, we may not be able to determine your location and perform the services to you so that you may not be able to access, view and/or receive Context Aware Location Assessment Content.
Use of Information Collected
We use the information to provide, analyse, manage and personalize our services and marketing efforts, to process your membership registration, orders, payments and payments methods, to comply with legal requirements, to communicate with you, to detect and prevent fraud or misuse and to verify your eligibility to win prizes or Merit Points. In relation to our promotion activities, we may send you emails with special offers but you may opt-out at any time (see below).
We also use the information to provide third-party payment providers with the information such third-party payment providers need to process and complete the transaction.
We have put in place a privacy protection control systems designed to ensure that your personal data including your billing and account information remain safe and private. We do not sell or rent personal information to other companies but occasionally may use your demographic and profile data for marketing purpose. Navigational History/Cookies/ Internet Advertising
The Player Amateur Tour or its service providers may use cookies or similar types of technologies. Some of them are essential in order to identify our members or otherwise for the delivery of our services. Some of them are not essential but help us collecting information from demographic surveys and traffic patterns to customize our site. State-of-the-art comparison technology allows us to use this information to make recommendations based on previous traffic patterns and purchases. The Player Tour uses a third-party service provider to serve ads on our behalf and may collect anonymous information about your visits to our web site and your interaction with our products. Email Mailing List
When you opted in to join our e-mail program of any of our Sites, we do not make any of our e-mail lists available to other companies. We may send out emails a few times a month that promote special offers, sales items or Tour news that we feel may be of interest to our Members. We also periodically send out a newsletter that provides product reviews and The Player Tour information. There is an “unsubscribe” website link at the bottom of each email that you can fill out if you decide that you do not want to receive any further emails from the The Player Tour. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from email correspondence from us which is used for account transactions or otherwise in relation to your membership and our services.

Our Sites have reasonable encryption and security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, unauthorized access and alteration of information. Secure servers are used when you place an order on our website. We use SSL (secure sockets layer), a security protocol that allows sensitive information to be transmitted securely.
